So this never happened before

My daughter is two months old and slept for 8 hours straight last night BUT when I went and got her this morning there was pee from her diaper to her chin and her bed was soaked with pee she sleeps on her stomach because she hates sleeping on her back now I have LUV diapers and didn’t know what I can do to prevent this from happening again I’m a FTM and need some advice thanks !!
