About to lose it. 😭

This was my third cycle of Famara (letrozole). I got AF yesterday 3 days late. 2 days after a positive freaking pregnancy test. Making this at least 5 in the last 2 years of ttc. Now they are starting me on progesterone too. And to make matters so much better my insurance officially won't cover it any more. And with how expensive these meds are I don't know how much longer we can afford to to do this.
