Over a month long period???

Ok ladies so I have been on my peroid since September 26th. It was very light and just annoying. My doctor has been aware. He changed my BC last month to see if that would stop it. Of course it made it heavier. The last week I've had alot of clot ranging in size. I am already anemic. My blood is bright red with no smell, my lower back aches once in a while and sometimes in the morning my whole pelvic area is sore. My doctors appointment is tomorrow and he will be doing a sonogram. Has anyone else had this issue? If so what was it or any ideas of what it could be??
