Trying to get pregnant

Hi guys, I’m 26 and my boyfriend and i have been having unprotected sex intentionally. No matter how we do it I’m not getting pregnant. My doctor says my cervix and uterus are both healthy so what can I do to bring my pumpkin here.

I’m manifesting and have been for the past two years but nothing ever happens and I’ve watched all my friends get pregnant by accident. I feel helpless
