I posted last week about issues I had with femmycycle cup. I really suck at getting any cup to open. I tried a diva cup about 10 years ago for a few cycles. I always ended up crying bc I spent so much time trying to make it work. Looking online for tips, only to fail. It always leaked & i never got suction.

I have a tilted uterus, not sure if that would cause me problems w cups?

I came across soft cups a few years back. They were amazing. Insert like a tampon, & no suction needed. However, they don’t work 💯 all of the time. I think if I lie down or it tilts, they leak. I can’t use tampons bc 1) I hate disposing of them in the trash & 2) sometimes when I insert, they go in. Sometimes they won’t & it sticks out some. Maybe bc my cervix does get low during af..-?-

I heard Lena was a good beginner cup & have a $5 coupon. But when I went to order, I was unsure of the size I need. Should I start w a small, since my flow isn’t very heavy??

I need something that is easy to pop open. I just can’t seem to get the whole keeping air in the cup until you have it all the way in! The dang things just seem to stay folded!!! 😑

I have 3 children.. so I thought that means large. Even tho I feel like my area down there is the same as before i had kids. 🤷‍♀️
