I am 31 years old with no health problems. I do have anxiety and panic attacks and depression. I have seek doctors care about my anxiety and things but the medication that I was given put bad side effects on me and I did not like it. I get nervous when I hear bad news about young people dying without causes. My mom always tells me that didn't drop dead without no cause that there is always a cause for every death! I don't know if anxiety can make you feel like this when someone dies and then you think your going to get the same thing from what they die from. My son keeps me busy but at times I don't keep my mind busy when I don't have cleaning house to do. I know I shouldn't worry but I just wanted to vent here a little bit. Someone told me a 35 year old passed away but didnt tell me what happen. I know alot of people in their late 30s are passing away with no heart problems unless they had heart problems. I don't know how that works! I have no heart problems or no family history of it.
