Starting a new job while TTC?

Hi everyone! I was recently contacted by an old manager about an opportunity 2.5 miles from my house and 2 WFH days. So exciting! The bad part? I wouldn’t qualify for disability for the first 6 months and my husband and I are ready to expand our family. I would get the 3 months off but it would be unpaid. I’d say we could wait but I’m 35 and ready to get this show on the road. My current company offers 4 months paid leave and is a fine enough job. It also offers flexibility but not to this extent. What would you do?
