New to clomid and lots of questions!

I have PCOS. I’m on 10 days of provera to induce period. On cd1 I am to cal my doctor to get an ultrasound in 12 days. I’m to take my clomid days 5-9.

My question is when am I supposed to ovulate?!? What is the ultrasound for?! I’m very confused on when to BD.
