so me and my husband put our foot down and told everyone we were having christmas at home our little boy is 3 and just starting to get excited about christmas we got married on the 1st of september and we have finally got our own place feeling like a home 😁 we decided to do this because of the above things plus every christmas sonce we got together we go to his mums but his dad and my parents and step parents all want us for christmas too and we feel its not fair just for her to see us and not them too so we put our foot down.

now hos mother is still acting like were going has told me i have to pay for taxis to hers and back as we dont drive and no buses and its double time xmas day too i said no plus my husband has to go to work for 4 hours too so he wont be around and will also need taxis to work and home

shes now told me i got to pay for christmas dinner for everyone there will be 7 people and i have to cook it so ill be stuck in the kitchen cooking all day and miss everything

so i lost my shit i screamed at her saying me and my son wont be going if she wants to see him she can fork out to come over this obviously didn’t go down well

weve just found out im pregnant due 10th july and now shes demanding that im at hers with my son cooking ect when ive already been threw everything with her

shes even been messaging my husband saying im a bitch and i need to learn my place ect like wtf we earn £600 less then her a month and always pay for dinner ect whenever we see her wether its eating out or buying something and cooking it at hers

seriously what would you do im at my wits end with her 😭
