Going thru my fourth loss... I’ve never made it past the first appt. I’ve been spotting since I found out i was pregnant and full on bleeding started today... sigh. Why. Why did my HCG have to rise properly if this wasn’t a viable pregnancy.... I feel so numb to it now. I just want this work day over so I can go lay in bed.
