Not “natural” per se, but certainly cuts out all that trash creation.

I use oils and organic pads and a menstrual cup.  I use a special blend of oils to help with pms and cramps. The cup I use is great and the pads are the best ever.

I used to do all 3 but the organic products are expensive and I can't afford them to be honest products, in general, are expensive. I had chemical burns from the essential oils so now I just use tea and i don't think it really helps me. So yea. If anyone has any advice please let me know.
