Light headed from glucose test

I went to get the diabetes test today. I drank the orange drink fine and sat there waiting for one hour as instructed. About 10 minutes in I started to feel light headed. I had 15 minutes left and I got so hot and my vision started to go. I had to let the lab techs know I wasn’t feeling well in fear of passing out and harming my baby. They saw how pale I got and put me into a room to lay down. It helped. Shortly after the blood was drawn I drank some water and felt better.

Has this happened to anyone? I’m a FTM and this is all new to me. Made me worried. Did I fail the test? Or did my body not react properly due to the sugary drink?
