8Weeks - Spotting and Neck Pain

For the first time, I experienced some spotting (picture below). It completely stopped right afterwards. When I went to pee 2 hours later, and wiped there was no blood. To add, my neck has been SUPER sore the last day or so. I know I’m really being a worrywart here, but does anybody who ever had an ectopic remember feeling any neck pain? Have many of you experienced spotting? I have no cramping but something feels off. I have not had a blood test or ultrasound yet. To add, I have had next to no pregnancy symptoms🌈🙏🏻
