10 year old started her period

Well my baby has started her period 😓 Is there any advice you can give or something I could tell her, things you wish you knew when you started. I obviously have had the talk with her because I had a period but when I started mine my mother did not talk to me so I just want to try saying some good positive things for her. She’s being so great about it but I can still tell she’s a little nervous
