Anyone had this happen before?

Went in for an ultrasound today, I’m 10 weeks & 3 days.. they couldn’t find a heartbeat and told me to come back in a week, unless I start bleeding.. I haven’t been having signs of a miscarriage, has anyone been through something like this and they ended up finding the heartbeat at a later date? ☹️ they said it looks like the baby is measuring on point.

At my last midwife appt on Monday at 9 weeks she couldn't find the heartbeat, she came back today and found it. Don't worry unless they tell you there's something to worry about. Baby could be very evasive when trying to find it!

My first pregnancy I went in at 9 weeks and they couldn’t see or find the heartbeat. They said it stopped growing at 8 weeks. They told me immediately that I was going to have a miscarriage. I’d say it’s a good thing that the baby is measuring on time, it’s hopeful. Good luck
