Whose baby has had whooping cough?

If yes please comment what age, I'd appreciate it so much. My daughter has it and I just don't want to feel alone. Thanks!

Nope. This is why we have vaccinations. Whooping cough is quite dangerous for babies and toddlers.

My son never had whooping cough but at 5 months he got a severe case of croup. Croup causes their air passages to narrow and causes the child to almost whistle like sound while struggling to breathe. He struggled to breathe for nearly two weeks. At some points I woke up in a panic that his struggle to breathe was so intense I was outside in the dead of winter 20degrees outside sitting in a chair on our deck trying to open his air passages.  It is the most frightening experience of my life and I’ll never forget how many times I woke up during those couple weeks in a panic thinking of rushing him to the hospital for a shot of epinephrine.  I wasn’t a bad mom because my son got sick.  And your not a bad mom because yours is sick too. Hopefully a quick recovery is in your horizon!!
