Got off Nexplanon still no period or anything TMI

I’m kinda thrown off because of pcos and the Nexplanon. I haven’t bled since February and got my implant out in August. I honestly thought something would happen by now and I’m distraught. I want a baby so bad, but even a period would be great. To know my body can function again. I’ve been on birth control since I was 16 so no idea what my “normal” is anymore. I have a question because up until yesterday, I had no cervical mucus whatsoever for years. Probably due to implant. And yesterday got a very weird feeling down there like I was about to bleed (along with a couple weeks of breast pain and acne increase) so I checked and found goopy, sticky mucus. I wasn’t used to the slippery feeling inside me anymore so it was weird but also exciting? Anyway today it’s much more watery, and way more of it. I’m thinking, ok maybe I’m ovulating? However the opks I’ve taken aren’t dark enough. Slightly darker than normal (for me) but not a positive. I’m kind of confused and I’m sooop eager to get pregnant but could it just be a false alarm? Will I need to keep waiting for an opk to be sure? And I’m testing as carefully as I can, evening after no drinking fluids for hours.
