How far along were you when you felt any symptoms?

I’m 4w 6d and had some extreme nausea last night while cooking dinner. Felt alright enough to try to eat and then threw it up a half hour later :/ Other than that just having cramps that sort of feel like period cramps. No sore breasts.

3 weeks which prompted the pregnancy tests that confirmed I'm pregnant! Had very frequent urination, occasional nausea, heartburn, and lots of fatigue. All symptoms still randomly occurring now and currently 6 weeks.
