Before and after ππ€π

Itβs crazy to me, to look at my before pictures, because even though Iβm not where I want to be yet, Iβve come such a long way.
Ever since high school I have been worried about my size, and once I graduated I struggled with an eating disorder but just ended up gaining weight in the end.
Then I found my college cross country team and it saved me. I had never been an athlete but I wanted to be a part of something. The support of my coach kept me on that team, and made me want to be better.
So I treated my body better and started fueling it properly, and now it is rewarding me for doing that!
I went from not being able to run a full mile, and my average pace being about a 12:30 min/mile, to now I run and average pace of 8:30 min/mile and I look forward to running.
I also found a class at my college and am getting my personal training certification. All of this because I saw a sign asking if I was interested in joining cross country...and boy am I glad that I did!
I went from 180 at my highest and I am now down to around 130 and am trying to get just a little lower so I can start bulking soon so I can get more muscles!!
I enjoy sharing my fitness journey on Instagram and tumblr, that way I can try to encourage other people who thought it was impossible for them too. If I can do it, you can too!
Just focus on being better than you were the day before! π
