PHD vaginal suppositories, anyone tried them?
So i find it kinda weird that i just stick a capsule into my vagina... but it really is fast acting, i used one and it’s already a lot better. But i just used another one and it was really uncomfortable putting it in! cause sometimes it goes sideways while your pushing it in! I’m doing this right, right? Like idk i was surprised i totally thought i was supposed to swallow them at first lol. But anyway, have any of you tried it?
