Struggles

Hey ladies.

I struggle with anxiety/depression and I've been in a rut for a really long time. I don't take care of myself like I should and I would like that to change.

What are some good and easy ways I can start trying to take better care of myself until it becomes routine/habit?

I'm home 90% of the time and find it so hard to create any kind of structure or schedule for myself. I also don't have any friends for support.

I just really want to start feeling better about myself.
