Yeast infection???

So basically I’ve been living with this very weird white discharge in the opening of my vagina for about 8 months. I told my doctor but she said to use Monosta and I did and it helped very little. Then I went back told her it looked the same and she prescribed something else but it still looks the same 🙍🏻‍♀️ the weirdest part is that it doesn’t hurt. It doesnt smell bad. It doesn’t itch. it sometimes comes out light red. And I finally got my period last month and it’s been 10 months! Idk what to do anymore. It’s just ugly. And I’ve been tested for sti and std and both came back negative 🤷🏻‍♀️ what do I do? 😩
