Infection causes spotting???

Hi ladies! Pardon if I posted this in the wrong place! So I just had sex about an hour ago and when I went to pee, this happened. Also, I have been experiencing milky white/watery discharge with an odor. I fear I may have an infection. Will an infection cause bleeding after sex? First day of my last period was October 26th and I ovulated on November 06th. I’m going to my gyno in the morning. If anyone has input or experienced the same, please share!
