Apprenticeship TTC

Me and SO are trying for a baby and I've been offered a pre interview for a small company as a Admin apprentice. I'm currently working two days a week in hospitality. I'm not very keen on my job that's why I cut down my hours. I know it's not a ideal situation but I know where I stand. Do I take on a apprenticeship in something I want to end up in future. I explained the the apprenticeship trainer my plans to have a baby and she said I'd have all the rights a employee anywhere would have. I'm thinking though if I do get pregnant soon would it be unfair to the company even though I would return? What if I start it and hate it more than my current position and then have to stick it out if I got pregnant. I know you never know how long your gonna be trying for either. A apprenticeship would be 5 days a week.
