How did you conceive naturally? Interested in alcohol vs conception!

My best friend says alcohol helped her conceive! One night was after a wine session with me 😂 I’m now teetotal for nearly 3 years and am 2 years into our journey, 6 months actively trying.

I’m now temping, using opks and have fertility vitamins for us both and conception lubricant for this month. Off the the doctor in the new year if we’ve had no joy (I’m 34).
