Antibotics and breakthrough bleeding?

Question

I was taking amoxicillin for my wisdom teeth last week (500mg 3 times a day for a week) and today I started having mild cramps and pinkish/red light blood in my discharge. I haven’t been tested for stds in awhile so the random bleeding and cramping made me nervous or is it probably from all the antibiotics? 
Just curious if anyone has had antibiotics interfere with their pills. 
I got my regular period 2 1/2 weeks ago,

Idk if you've been active sexually but Birth control won't be in full effect when your on antibiotics. They can counteract with each other.

Hmm that’s strange because they should have told you that. I also got amoxicillin for my wisdom teeth and very health professional I came into contact with told me about it effecting my birth control and I wasn’t even on it yet.
