Still a positive pregnancy test 11 days after trigger hcg shot

My husband and I are losing our minds. We only managed to bd once during the fertile time this month, on the exact day our doctor told us to. The line seems to be getting a tiny bit lighter, but still a decent line. I know that it can last as much a 14 days. It took us 5 tries to actually bd that day, we were so stressed out. I don't think we can keep going at this. I know we should just relax and stop trying, but we really need the fertility clinic's help.
