PCOS And TTC

Hey im new to this group im 25 yrs old with PCOS i have a 2 yr old and since then been ttc but no luck i had a stillborn 5yrs ago and a spontaneous miscarriage 3yrs ago and i was wondering if for any of you that had taken letrozole before worked right away to help ovulate my OB recently prescribed it after trying clomid for a couple of cycles and nothing so now i just finished my last pill of letrozole but just wondering if it worked for anyone?or what were some reviews on it?
