Our Halloween Announcement!

We had originally wanted to announce on Thanksgiving, since all of our family would be together and I’d be well into my second trimester, but we decided not to. There’s been loss in our family and I wanted to be sensitive to that. On Halloween, my SO was all of a sudden super excited and ready to announce and at first I was like “yeah ok, whatever” but then it occurred to me that this was the first real excitement I’ve seen from him and I think the news was finally settling in. So we went for it!
