Going on week two and I don’t know what to do or how to feel.... How do you tell the person you’re to that you’ve been dating for the past 7 months that you were recently raped by one of your previous partners?

I kept it to myself and did everything I could not to think about it. If I don’t say it out loud then it won’t be real...I can just go about it like never happened.
