Cyst on ovaries

Found out that I have a small cyst on my ovary. Doctor said it’s nothing to worry about I have a follow up appointment in 5 weeks to see if it will go away. 3 years ago I have to have emergency surgery to remove the fluid of an cyst that caused me to not have any blood flow through my Fallopian tube. This worries me a lot!!! My options are to do nothing, get back on birth control something I don’t want to do cause of my weight gain and moodiness, or lose weight and change my eating habits. I’m all for healthier lifestyle!!! I want to have kids one but I’m hoping this won’t cause me not to!!! Do anyone have any recommendations???
