I need help!
Hello fellow mamas! I'm struggling with my food choices lately. I know that its normal to crave things and have your diet kind of fall off the wagon. But I was a very healthy eater pre-pregnancy. I ate mostly whole foods, no meat, and highly limited dairy products.
I'm having an insanely difficult time eating healthy, and the thought of eating vegetables sounds just awful. I also work full time as a nanny and am constantly around junk food and other kid type food.
Do you have any advice for things to eat that are healthy but also really tasty and flavorful?
