Abdominal pain?

30+3 today and I had my appointment with my OB. I told him about the horrible pain i get in my lower abdomen when I'm working. It feels like my belly is tighting and theres so much pressure and damn it, it hurts. A lot. I'm a hairstylist so it's a struggle. I don't get many chances to sit down but the pain and tightness and pressure goes away when I do. He told me its just my abdominal walls snd brushed me off. I've tried a belly band and it didnt help for the whole week I wore it. It just made me so hot. Well I'm back at work tonight and it just hurts so much while I'm cutting. I honestly don't know what to do. It only happens at work and I try my best to push through but I'm just hurting so much.
