Need reassurance- did I make the right call

I’m 30 weeks pregnant. My LO will be 2 in December. We were in a low impact car accident. She did not cry or seem bothered in the least. The air bags did not deploy and she was securely in her car seat. I called my friend who is an EMT and he said going to the ER or calling 911 would have been excessive. When I was talking to him my LO was laughing and playing with my wallet. Baby is kicking like normal. My husband and i decided to just go home. I still feel okay besides a sore back (but it’s always a little achey at night). But I just need to know that other moms would have done the same. If you disagree please share your opinion politely.
