The nurse heard a murmor when she was first born which we found out was a vsd (hole). We were told they usually close on their own but today the cardiologist says she has one called supracristal and they rarely close on their own. He says she could go into heart failure and her heart is working too hard. She is one month old and he says by 6 months she will have to have it to patch the hole. Im so terrified and since we found out I’ve prayed so much( I always have but More so now). The thought of any of my children having surgery is horrific but she’s so small. Even tho it’s a low risk surgery it’s still Heart surgery. I’m just asking for prayers that she does well now and later. She’s gaining weight fine and usually babies with this don’t so I’m thankful for that.
