So I'm currently on metformin and glipizide and have been on trulicity. My diabetes dr said I couldn't even try to get pregnant while on trulicity because there hasn't been studies on its effects on a fetus so I would have to switch over to insulin. Which I wouldn't mind doing, I have a health savings card I pay into that would cover copays. But she says I would also have to switch dr that deal with pregnancy and diabetes as it's high risk. I'm posting this here because I'm overweight/plus sized and that's what gave me type 2 along with eating habits. 226/5'5

Has anyone else had to do all these changes with type 2 to try and have a baby? If so what were your experiences and how did it work out for you?
