is it bad to begin a friendship with someone your attracted to while in a relationship?

cause i did that mind you i’m 15 me and my “boyfriend” have been on and off for a year and rn we aren’t serious but he still tells me he wants to have a family with me when we are older .

and there was a boy who was pursuing a conversation with me and we exchanged snapchats.

is it cheating because i’m texting him it’s no flirting or anything we are just getting to know each other . i feel so guilty tho i low key want to cry about it help please thank you !
