HELP.
Yesterday I got up and felt really sick. I didn’t sleep well at all, was in pain. Had a free cramps but nothing bad. I went for my whooping cough injection and my flu injection at the same time. I have woken up this morning and I am in very very bad pain in my hips slight cramps and feel sick again. 2 dead arms I just don’t no what to do with my self, oh also I started with SPD when I was about 25 weeks I am now 31 weeks. Should I ring midwife ???
