My father in law basically challenges me. I just moved in with them to be closer to my husband. I used to live in California now I’m in Oklahoma. I never really met his parents because we were in a LDR so idk them very well but they think just because I lived in California in the city I’m a prude who won’t last living in Oklahoma country. He thinks it’s weird that I never ate deer (and I ate it) they think I won’t eat the food they eat because I’m used to having chicken salads and bbq and so on. They basically think I’m a rich uptight girl who won’t want anything to do with Oklahoma because “I’m too good for it” but really they are so off. We have a lot in common in how we both live. And I think he hates that because he doesn’t want anything to do with California or being mainstream

Today his challenge:

I don’t like shoes. I only wear them when I have to. It’s cold as hell here and it’s getting colder and I still don’t wear shoes. I think down in the 20s. So he said that I’d be wearing shoes by the time it gets to that temperature. I don’t care how cold it gets i don’t like to wear shoes unless I’m working or going out.
