Hi can anyone give advice plz

Hi I am 30 type 2 diabetic and I have two miscarriages before I am pregnant now and I found out at my Progesterone levels is an 8.6 at 8 weeks 5 days I been begging for my doctor to test it since I found out at my 5 week appointment but he didn’t want to say my previous miscarriages was due to my sugar I mean my A1c is high but I am getting it down and my numbers been in good range I just wanted to know if I have any hope and if it’s to late to even take Progesterone pills at this point
