Miscarried at work

Well is been a rough 10 days. Started with going to our 1st ultrasound at 10 weeks and no baby/heartbeat- just a sac....so we wait-was I too early? I didn’t think so none of dates worked for me to be just 5/6 weeks. Bloodwork, more bloodwork- numbers at 11 weeks and steadily increasing. ultrasound week later and report from radiology states “suspicious miscarriage” So- bloodwork, more bloodwork. I was off a week of work- it was horrible

Light bleeding started Tuesday night and continued till today (Friday) I had an appointment Monday to make final decision and call on what do do next.

Went to work today -I’m a middle school teacher. Cramping all day and low back pain- not feeling right. My last period pain was so bad it was like labor (I have 3 kids so I know) I was hurled over in class, unable to stand and not knowing whether I would pass out or vomit. Ran out and made it to the bathroom and out came the sac. I just sat there and cried in the bathroom stall.

My advice if you are going through this- stay home and take as long as you need- you so t want to be out in public or work when it happens
