What would you do?

Ok so I'm due November 23rd we are trying for a vbac. My doctor said we have a good chance at a vbac if I can go into labor on my own before my due date. Well we also have a repeat c section scheduled for November 26th (my husband birthday) if our baby girl don't come on her own. She is measuring pretty big and we are hoping she comes on her own within the next two weeks. Well at my last appointment my doctor told us we could go up to almost 42 weeks of everything is still looking good with me and baby. Me and my husband already decided if she don't come by her due date then we will do a c section on his birthday so he can have his litter girl on his birthday. Because it's a once in a lifetime chance to have your child born on your birthday and also this will be our last baby. So if we do have this slight chance to have her on his birthday then we want to go for it. But we also been thinking lately about if we should keep going past his birthday to try for a vbac. But we also know the longer we go we could still end up with another c section anyways.

So my question is what would you ladies do in this situation or what do you think we should do? Should we stick with our first plan that we had from the beginning and go with another c section on his birthday if she don't come on her own. Or should we go longer hoping that she eventually come on her own and we get lucky with a vbac. I will be a bit sad if we go past his birthday just to end up with another c section anyways. What do you ladies think??
