Why me....

So i had a miscarriage at this exact time being pregnant last time...

5 weeks & 3 days

This time, I’ve had cramps before I knew I was pregnant, as I thought my period was coming.. then found out I was pregnant. The cramps were never really bad, just mild.. and they just got lighter as it progressed..

I went pee tonight and had a little bit of blood. No clots & I don’t really feel any cramping.. very faint if any.. nothing on my panty liner ...

Advice? I’m trying so hard not to freak out...
