HELP! Vvfl 11dpt

I am 11 days post ovidrel injection today and have gotten a vvfl the past 3 days (yesterday looking like it went away). Now today it’s vvfl again! Is this still my trigger? Am I getting my hopes up? Could it be the real deal? I’m going crazy over here!
