Hey, ladies! We are trying for our first and I have a long, irregular cycle, which makes predicting O kinda difficult. I would like to really give bbt a go, but need some tips on how to make it easier and more convenient. I tracked for about 2.5 weeks, then missed two days and gave up. 🤷🏼‍♀️

Any suggestions?

-Type of thermometer?

-Time?

-Tips for actually remembering...
