Very painful breast

So ive been having really bad pain in my breast lately (the last month) and noticed my colostrum came in, but its like i feel a let down , my boobs get extra heavy towards my nipple, and then my nipples get that tingly sensation. Well today my i was grocery shopping and my nipples started to feel as if someone where biting them and i staryed to feel so sick. They hurt so bad and the only thing that helped was when i took my bra off when i got in the car. Is this normal?
