When did you start baby’s nursery?

I’m only 16 weeks and I’ve already picked the theme.. I’m just wondering when you started buying stuff for the nursery?

Im 8w3d and already know the theme, already painted, just bought a lamp for the nursery and already have the crib picked out lol

Picked a theme and bought a cute little elephant rocker at 12 weeks, couldn't resist 😂 now I have a whole bunch of inspiration pictures to obsess over until Christmas is over and we can paint! 😂

I started collecting everything with in the past year (while TTC) (bath/changer, Rocking chair, chest of draws, carchair/pram combo, paint. All second hand great condition ) , picked a theme (hippos) and colour scheme  (white, grey and mint), got the crib when we found out we were pregnant  (2days after 😂) and will be painting and finishing the room over tge weekend at 13 weeks. I have this urge to finish it as soon as possible.  My mom and two sisters will be here to help (do most of the work).

I'm 21 weeks and have a ton of stuff but still also need alot of essentials. Crib mattress, carseat stroller combo, rocker, dresser. Just put the crib up last weekend and I am in love. Painting the walls next weekend.

Started the nursery when I was 18 weeks. She’s now 4 weeks old and we’re almost done with it 🤦🏼‍♀️ Honestly though, she sleeps in our room and I don’t know when I’ll be comfortable with her sleeping in it (our bedroom is on the first floor and the rest are on the second).

I’m also 16 weeks and all the moms I’ve spoken to have said the earlier the better!  The second trimester is the “easiest” and most energetic and your belly won’t get in the way.  My shower is at my 32 week mark so I plan on setting up the room before hand with the paint, flooring, and basics and see what we get.  Good luck!

I bought our crib first second hand it was such a good deal I couldn’t pass it up and I bought that before I even had my first 12 weeks ultrasound 😂 we aren’t really doing a theme just navy blue grey and white colors- my dad sent us the diaper changing table around 18 weeks and we already have that set up too. I’m 21 weeks and everything is finished except for buying him more clothes.
