Embarrassing question

So I have an embarrassing personal question. I am 29 weeks pregnant and I was in hospital with a bad water infection last week. That has got better and now I have major diarrhoea. I’ve had it none stop for about 6 days now and it’s constant all day. I’ve googled it and some things say it can be harmful. Should I be worried or is it normal?
