Dizziness 12 weeks?

Trying to do household chores and I keep feeling dizzy/lightheaded and needing to lay down on the couch 😵 I’m not necessarily tired, but the dizzy feeling only goes away when I’m laying down. Anyone else get this around this time? I just want to clean my house haha

Unfortunately it was normal for both my pregnancies. My doctor said to get up and down slower and move around slower. Kinda hard to do with a toddler though lol.
I had it all of my first and for the second pregnancy I had it the 1st and 2nd trimester including in the shower and when I got out!
I’m 32 weeks now and your post made me realize I haven’t been dizzy in a few weeks!

Low iron or lower blood pressure. Mention it when you see you doc. But for now take your time and go easy.
