I have a few questions - really grateful for any thoughts:

I just found out I have an ovarian cyst on my right ovary that is 5cm x 4.6cm x 3.6cm (to be exact!). The sonographer thinks it’s a dermoid cyst that is not the type to go away on its own & that I’ve had it for along time, possibly since birth.

The gynaecologist thinks it’s not significant enough to require surgical removal, and thinks I would be fine keeping it there. I didn’t mention to him in that appointment that I am thinking of trying <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IUI</a> for the first time.

Does anyone think I will need to get the ovarian cyst removed if I want to attempt <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IUI</a>? Will it be an obstacle to pregnancy?

Also, there were only 4 follicles by the abnormal cyst, and 10 by the normal cyst. Does this signal low ovarian reserve on the abnormal side? Would I need to rely on ovulating from my normal ovary for <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IUI</a>?
